How to Deal With Grief
In order to be a changemaker you have to also be brave enough to go where people don't want you necessarily. There's a lot of resistance and that can come out in rejection, roads blocked or lots of different ways that your sense of self can get lacerated absolutely. I highly recommend it for anybody who's going through a transition in their life to pick that book up because it gave me a framework to understanding why i was feeling what i was feeling during this time of transition for me that thank you very much.
