Is There a Neural Basis for Decision Making?

The experiments seem to show us that there's a relatively simple model of decision making. But i don't think that undermines free will, because there is nothing about that information that really speaks to the kinds of questions that people are typically worried about. What it does tell us is that our actions are governed by some subset of neurons in the brain but those neurons are getting information from many other parts of the brain. It's not at all clear whether those parts of thebrain are fully determined or if there is anything deterministic.
