The Importance of Owning a Business

There are a lot of like, why do we need to own this business? So I think let's break that into two levels though. There are private equity guys who are really focused on, you know, they do light industrials. The opinion has to be one level down from that. That's the issue. Right. We've got a deal in right now. It's got a very nice financial profile. But I just can't get myself excited to dig in in it. Because it's like, I don't really have an opinion about this business. And I'm not going to before June 12, when bids are due. Yeah.
