Saab's Co-Venture With Anali

Anali: Would it have been easier to do the transformation if Saab took the company private first and then did all the changes? The capital markets allowed us to finance it in a really aggressive way that would be very hard privately. We replaced almost the entire management team, we shipped a bunch of jobs off shore. Anali: I challenge you to find a Silicon Valley company whose values don't fit with mine.
