The Difference Between Exercise and Movement
A lot of times people do kind of couple those into the same category where you know a 30 minute walk becomes exercise versus movement. And they all lumped together and then there's not necessarily I think that one of the biggest issues I see when we look at movement in general is it's kind of this nebulous like undocumented on metric. So to age in a way that will support us you have to put in some effort grit and resilience right so strength is earned. You take away if they're walking you know 10,000 steps I mean that's just to live right I mean it should be 20,000.
