There are huge winful gains to be made that are being made in the energy sector. There is scope to actually impose a wealth tax on people who are earning over 10 million, which would raise 10 billion. So there are options there and I think for me when we talk about difficult decisions those things have to be put on the table. That's how you get yourself out of this artificial buy that's been created.
