What Congress Can Do?
It's generally recognized that congress can't force you to say something before congress that could then be used to prosecute you. The most famous example of this is with oliver north, who was granted immunity for what he said in a congressional hearing. And when i look at a lot of the reportage around, like the steve bannon situation, around the cuanon shawman, I think people would have a different level concern.
