Is the Debt Ceiling Resolved?
There will be a massive fear factor when the debt ceiling is resolved in terms of how many bills that you can sell. That along with the realization overnight, hey, the Fed's been shrinking its balance sheet this whole time. The last time we had one of these standoffs resolved and just blow out a trillion dollars of bill sales like within, you know, a hot minute. There's something that's highly abnormal about the current environment. We're almost inverted in the biggest publicly traded corner of the US bond market which is an extraordinary cost of funding.
