How to Manage Your Relationship With Your Devices
The challenge for a student of managing your relationship with the device obviously extends to your independent study as well. We have lots of evidence that shows that the students study in the presence of multiple screens. The easiest solution here, not only for students but really for everybody is to identify the things that are most important for you to do and try to block out times where you have just sort of put your screens away.
