The Oneness of Practice and Enlightenment
Dogan: Oneness is a deeply experiential concept and it's much easier to connect with it on an experiential level rather than this sort of abstract notion. In the beginning of the second half of the book, I point out that it means many things, even in the Zen tradition. We still can look back on those kinds of experiences and see that there is no separation between me and the book. There is no other side of the room. Things are not conceptually distinguished.
