The Four Rules for Feeding a Duck

I would repeal the Food Safety Modernization Act, which at least governs farms in this country and small food processors. Bands on sharing food with homeless is another terrible rule that exists in many, many cities throughout this country. I'm adamantly opposed to the foie gras ban in California. And now New York City has a similar ban in place. So that's three particularly awful rules right off the bat.
