In China, you have to submit your products to the Chinese government and the Chinese government tests them on animals by law. So essentially anything that sells in mainland China has to submit its products to theChinese government and they then test them on animals. You don't need to try and find out if something is tested on animals. Here, America, Europe, anywhere else, because it isn't against the law. Most companies had stopped voluntarily way before it was against the law anyway.
