A prediction made in the absence of a good explanation is a prophecy, end quote from the top teacher. If you want to make progress, agreeing with everyone around you is probably not the way to do that. All this sort of stuff can be learned, it's not to say it needs to be learned off by heart but certainly the more that you know about this kind of thing, the clearer I think you might be.
