The Hard Worker Is the One Who Gives 110%
When we say somebody is a hard worker, that doesn't mean they don't give 110%. My son worked at Chick-fil-A for about two years. One of the things when Tim was our boss, he looked at everybody. He let us do our jobs. That's why he was so very well respected in our troop and in the squadron,. in the unit. And then he spoke when he needed to speak.
