The Problem With Leadership in Unions
We try and organise independently even across union lines, where we can with non-union members. We build ways that we can communicate together so that ultimately we could decide to take action ourselves. Like say teachers in West Virginia recently, again, the same old psychorepedia but there, the workers were well organised enough themselves through the methods they'd kind of come up withthat they could organise themselves. But I think we think that one prong is wrong essentially so we should just do the grassroots kind of approach.
