Is the Aran Nuclear Deal Going to Change the Oil Market?

An Iranian nuclear deal could be very close at hand. I don't think that the aran nuclear deal, putting iranian oil back on the market, would be the game changer some people seem to think it is. If we get to a point where russia cuts off all its exports and won't sellany oil or gas to europe or the west, i think that potentially creates a very difficult situation for the west to cope with. It will then start to bring into question how much spare capacity does opeck really have when push comes to shove? And i think prices could move quite a bit higher, but we'll se what happens.
