Don't be one those people who goes around and corrects people's form while they're trying to train. We have this idea that if form is not perfect, then it's automatically injurious. And the research on this thing does not actually bear this out. I see power lifters in the gem i work all the time, doing the stuff. Nothing bad seems to happen to them. So it's dangerous to make these assumptions, because bu they're not really supported by evens.
