The Dynamic Island Is Just Multitasking, Right?

The dynamic island can be so dynamic that if I'm not doing something in the background, there should be no UI element there. And then when I've got a live activity going on, then the dynamic island should pop up because really it's just multitasking. But they're just like right now it's just doing what it's just there. It's just sort of always going to do something with it. You know what I mean? Like it's but it appears when I need it.
