How to Climb Stronger
The time when I will really recommend putting more focus on strength work is injury prone climbers. This should come with a caveat that if you're injured at present then this needs to be very carefully looked at. For me the best thing that I ever did to my training or climbing over the years was all of the stuff in my shoulders and my back which I got into by working with Oli Tor. Some expected performance markers for how that relates to the grades that you're climbing at can also do same for your goal grades.
