Marketing and sales are obviously key. How do you build the supply on the demand on one or both sides? Then quality of supply matters a ton. Customers service is important. And i think there's been a lot of research that proves if someone has a negative experience and you go above and beyond to make up for it, they're more loyal than if they didn't have one.
