Over the couple of decades where I do have the results, my LDL cholesterol was typically sitting at about 120 milligrams per deciliter. After making some lifestyle changes, clearly, I mean, I'm fortunate that my genes allowed me with lifestyle changes to go from 120 to about 70 Milligrams per Deciliter. And my LP, little A, is essentially zero. So that's all good stuff. What we now know is, nope, we really just have to stop it from progressing. If we can stabilize and calcify your plaque, I don't lose sleep that I didn't make it disappear.
