The Use of Power in Organizations

I see a real disconnect there with what leaders need to be doing and what's actually happening in the way that institutions look after the people. The other big thing of course is about the use of power in organizations and the need to change the approach to that. I've never met anyone who says I want to work in an environment like that. We need to shift the attitude of people who take a lead to thinking that every single human being that works in that organization is of equal value to themselves to the success of the organization.
