The Blackbirds of the Nursery Rhyme
The title of this short story comes from the opening stanzas of the English nursery rhyme, sing a song of six pence. It was published in the US first in Collier's magazine, November 9, 1940. In the UK it was published as Poirot and the regular customer in March of 1941.
