The Mismatch Between Jobs and Culture

I can't think of any really awesome big acquisitions that that's super screen. It reminds me a lot of, do you guys remember when jobs hire? I think there's still jobs at the time. He hired the JCPenney guy for the run all the Apple stores and it was just this absolute debacle. And he would like for a C-suite person to get booted in six to eight months is essentially unheard of in the company. You're not hiring this person and let them go within the next five years. Like there's life cycles on these.
