Google closure is also a type checking compiler and it can do some More advanced optimizations if it knows the type of the thing. Since Cogs itself is not type and you're not adding type-ins all over the place that extra typing is not necessary therefore JS without an extra class hint is Just as well as at JS with the type-in. The only difference in from closure Google closure is that when it finds a name it doesn't recognize on a type It doesn't recognize so if it can't tell what type the thing is then it will look in all Externs for a name. So we don't need the extra effort of trying to figure out which class we need to type
