Eggs Are Harmful

Eggs have gone up and down in favour depending on who you speak to. The yolke is a little bit fattening, so i'd strongly say luck if you doto eat the yellow, at least eat the egg whites. There are chemicals in eggs which are pro inflammatory. They can increase gut inflammation, which we've talked about before. If you'r going to have eggs for breakfast, don't have it with bacon, sausages, black pudding, white pudding. You have it with wilted spinach, little bit of sprinkled pomegranate, mushrooms, tomatoes, coriander,. Then you get the benefit of the eggs....
