The US Economy Is Going Gangbusters, Right?
IHD says it hasn't seen any signs of consumers resisting price increases or leisure demand falling off. The US economy, as far as IHD reports, seems to be going gangbusters. Even that business travel aspect, which maybe hasn't come out quite so quickly in some other markets, is still right there. But the overall narrative across markets is that leisure travel started recovering first with business and group travel then picking up too.
