He asks: 'How does the public hold these billionaire philanthropists or corporations accountable? It's a simple question, yes' But when it comes to health care and other areas of social safety net such as education, charity takes precedence over state-run services - even if they are less efficient at doing so. The real accountability stands with individuals who rerespect views of others for being thought of well by others.
