Why Merchants Wouldn't Accept Capital One Credit Cards
Bill in Connecticut says he was told by an acquaintance that they ran across an online merchant that does not accept Capital One branded credit cards. What I'm experiencing more and more places are setting floors and saying, we don't accept credit cards below $20, $10, whatever. The David's bridal situation is potentially exposing one should be really careful when you pay deposits for things with a debit card or cash.
