Treat Everyone With Respect
How do you deal with people who have a lack of humility? You treat everyone with respect. There is kind of a spoken, or unspoken rule of the hierarchy inside o session where you just kind of stay clear of having opinions. On occasion, i'll have a a young engineer come in and start piping up and start pushing other people out of the way to do something. And then i look at them when i go, o, that person right there has really got some great ideas. I'm just going to let him go with it, you know.
