Do not worry too much about revenue growth, focus on this first sort of leading. Clear integration plan, which should be there bith during dilligence. Everything is about culture - one can't over- emphasize the cultural importance so you have to understand what it is that makes an organization a success. And how gingerly does that take? You get a lot of help from other people who are also successful in their own right. So i would say this oto be a very good reason for acquisition, right? Either genuinely e very big fight between number one and two.
