I think it is very, especially in our fields and especially if you work with endurance athletes, the idea that you would spend time in a non-productive mode is really, really hard. So as much as possible, you try to orient your life around that. I've started charging my phone in here at night because I don't want it in my bedroom. And then I really start my work day at like 7.30. Or I'm like making waffles and getting kids dressed and all the things that we do as parents in the morning. But yeah, I think that time alone is really, is really important. It's also uncomfortable. You know, walking, they'll talk
