TripAdvisor was about 1,300 employees when I joined and it was between 1 to 2 billion in revenue when I joined. Steve would even for every single new hire cohort he would do a presentation on what it means for TripAdvisor to live by like a speed wins motto. Even though it was 1300 people it didn't feel like a 1300 people person company It felt like you know a 200 person company or a 300 person company in part because that cultural value system was so clear.
