The Importance of the Big Other in the Church

I think institutions have this kind of a secret collective unconscious not in the Jungian sense but it's sense of an implicit symbolic structure which is publicly disavowed. The difficult thing is to do to change things here that is to say to train things at the level of what La Con called the big other and now I'm coming if you allow me.
