The Holy Spirit occurs a couple times in the Old Testament. It's usually the Spirit of God. But it's all talking about God's personal presence. In his ministry in Galilee announcing the kingdom, Luke mentions multiple times that Jesus is led by the Spirit. The whole mission of Jesus' day-to-day kingdom announcement was all linked to the work of the Spirit.
