Universe Today Podcast
00:00
Introduction
The moon is the perfect place to build a radio observatory when you're on the far side of the moon. The moon itself blocks all of the earth's radio transmissions and you have this pristine view to the sky. Ronald Polliton who works with lunar resources was just awarded a phase two Niaq award to develop their far view telescope. And it could very well be by the 2030s or maybe in 2040s, we might see this actual telescope get built there.
