Social Media Companies Should Work With the Government
The Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committee released a five-volume report about interference in the 2016 election. In volume two of that report, they talked about extensive Russian use of social media to harm the United States. The committee recommends that social media companies work to facilitate greater information sharing between the public and private sector. That's exactly what you're saying.
