The Housing Wealth Effects

I do think there is a chance that we get some sort of exogenous shock or something happens with supply chains. I'm nervous about something emanating from China to really slow down the global economy more than we're expecting. The situation in Ukraine gets worse, Russia does something off the grid here, it's going to be very difficult for the US economy to avoid a recession. And I guess I'm just a little bit more pessimistic about the possibility of something happening in the rest of the world.
