The Case Against Jimmy Hoffa
The big case against Hoffa was he had a truck leasing company that may have violated a labor law 20 years before they brought the case. Certain people even in the Justice Department who were, you know, senior lawyers like Ramsey Clark said this isn't a good case. Why are we bringing it? Bobby insisted. And when they start, they get an informer who is a real criminals already in jail. He gets a sweetheart deal so he can be placed inside the coffee camp. This was just a misdemeanor trial and Hoffa in an overkill was bribing jurors.
