Some classical theists say it's patently false that god does not have properties. Think about that for a second, says John Koestner. Have these people never read Mausley's classic history of the doctrine of divine impassibility? Do you really want to say that no classical theist ever said that god is not literally compassionate? I cannot take you seriously if you do. It is like the continually absurd response that i get to my criticisms of divine simplicity.
