There are arguments to think that this adding ever more representatives of different types of stake holders, is going to dilute accountability and make things work less well. On the other hand, workers are the obvious one in some ways, because their whole lives and fortunes are so tied up with what happens to the company. So if you have that kind of view of the the company as a set of different stake holders who have some alligned interests and some conflicting interests, it becomes a little bit more natural to think about what we should do.
