Ian Watkins and the Corruption of a Four Year Old Girl
Joanne received an image from Ian Watkins in December 2008. In the frame, there was a picture of a half naked woman but on the glass of the photo frame,there was a line of white powder. He told her that that white powder was cocaine and he had recently told her that he had given an infant cocaine and touched the child in a sexual way. Joanne went to children's services and reported Ian Watkins. She said she stopped seeing Watkins and she stopped replying to his messages. And she kept calling the police to see how the investigation was progressing.
