Does God Create, if Not for His Desire to Create?

So if god has ta desire to create, is that desire essential to him, or is a contingent to him? He asked. But aren't we them ere sneaking, like indeterminism into god? Right? Is right. So what iam saying is that either the n ism is in god, or the indeterminism is outside of god, but there's still a denial of the difference principle.
