I'd like to see people starting to talk about not either all solutions when it comes to these different forms of digital money. I think the situation that we're in now is that a lot of the regulators in a lot of different countries, are doing a great job and they're opening their minds to things. But the problem is that they all come from a legacy system generally. When you're talking to populations, as we see in these emerging markets, that are young populations that have grown up with mobile money,. They look at money and payments in an entirely different way than governments and regulators or people who are in senior banking positions do. And I'dlike to see a little bit more upward
