Open Science - What's Your Favorite Open Science Project?
I think Reddit in general is a great example of experts crowd sourcing opinions. Another one which I'm a huge fan of is like lame to say, but GitHub. A psychologist in the Netherlands named Dr. Chris Hartberg called liberate science. The idea here is to try and dismantle the scientific paper as the standard unit of communication for science.
