Commodities

Commodities have been out of favor for like 20 years. People see it take off, and then they get afraid, because it's up 300%. I think the sentiment is people aren't talking about it yet. You can't just buy and hold commodities. It's not the same as a stock or a bond, or any income producing asset. And again, you add the fact that it's just been dead money for the past decade.
