Is There a Layer of Bitcoin?
For me, a layer of Bitcoin means you need to get the on chain money at some point if you want without the cooperation of anyone. I don't think that we will see in L3 in soon. The way I look at L3 is more like, you know, it's like custodians. They are IOUs. But from a user perspective, they are L3s.
