Is It Happening Fast Enough?
I think there just has to be positive change. I don't know that we're turning a corner, but there are many more female CEOs out there. And so I feel optimistic that change is happening. Is it happening fast enough? That that part, I think is a real challenge. One of the epiphanies with Stitch Fix was being able to have two people in a room that had very different perspectives on how to solve a problem.
