Some doctors who were asked to sign off on these tests, they were never informed by the company that that the request for a test was going to be on an old sample. A bom set up a system whereby they called it a pilot programme. They told patients that they did that they ubiom would cover any cost of the test that insures didn't reimburse. That pilot programme extended for a very, very long time. And when their own general council told them that the pilot programme might a get them into legal trouble, they created what they called a patient assistance programme. Some of the patients said that nobody asked them to prove that they actually needed tent assistance....
