We think about food too much as macro nutrients, protein, fat, carbohydrates. But what's beneath the surface there is so important as well. If you are zinct deficient or ribo flavin deficient, that's just going to manifest in other ways in your life. And these are all metaphors for all these little bio chemical wheels and levers that are spinning in your body - run by the micro nutrients of our food. These things that are not on the label aren't actually how you would do this in a grocery store. They couldn't even read them if they were put on animal products.
